Maintenance Planning and Management: - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. - Schedule and oversee maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance schedules.2. Team Leadership and Supervision: - Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and other personnel. - Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for maintenance staff. - Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and safety.3. Facility and Equipment Monitoring: - Monitor the condition of the facility, equipment, and systems, identifying issues and initiating corrective actions. - Utilize maintenance management software or systems to track equipment performance and maintenance needs.7.
