Responsible for receiving and inputting new jobs, managing the flow of materials between Art Directors and clients throughout the duration of projects. Manage the ongoing studio schedule.Playing an active role within the Business Development team to win jobs and increase awareness of studio workings.

Co-ordinate & pro-actively manage production. Interact with Customers and co-ordinate with Sales, production and installation teams. Responsibility includes job assignment for each machines,Quality control, check job orders and LPO, General maintenance of machines and equipments.Assign duties and manage shifts. Administration and Inventory Control.Interacting with customers and sales team. Checking of the artworks given by customers Preparation of jobs and job bags with full detail. Consultant for area agencies regarding specs on large format design. Plan jobs for minimum material wastage. Color retouching if necessary. Co-ordinate with Sales and Installation teams to set job priority. Give instruction regarding print qualities and post printing activities. Make scan orders and co-ordinate / follow up with Miracle Repro section Instruct and co-ordinate with seaming / welding jobs.

Duties include designing of Catalogues, Brochures, and Leaflets. Interact with Marketing and Clients. Distribution of work to the team members and trouble shooting of problem files. Co-ordinate with system and scanner departments.

Interact with Customers and Sales Team. Carry out all system works instruction with Macintosh. Send Images for film output and send for Wet Proofing / Progressive proofing. Check Proof and proofing quality for colors, dot gain / loss and registration.Prepare jobs for spot color / special color printing. Prepare file for different printing process like Screen, Flexographic, Gravure and Offset printing and post printing activities like Spot Varnishing,Embossing, cutting & creasing and different types of binding. Checking films and offset printing plates for best quality reproduction. Plan the jobs to get maximum output and ease of operation.

Duties include design of booklets, brouchers, page imposition, Image retouching, cut outs, prepress for incoming files, running films and outputting to a variety of printers and processors. Also responsible for client archives and backup files. Production of high quality jobs and co-ordinate with management. Maintenance of production records of different departments.
