Generating 2D Drawings and issuing Site Instructions for the Landscape Amenities.-Sobha Dream Gardens- G+18 Residential TowersMIVAN Shuttering TechnologyBangaloreDesign Developement Stage : Responsibilities included generating Design Options and Setting Out drawings, Issuing of GFCs. Multiple Site Visits to ensure smooth Site Operation due to MIVAN Shuttering technology employed.

Facade Redevelopment of a Residence, Palakkad, Kerala- A recently constructed residence required a new exterior design. The aim was to undo as minimal as possible, yet make available space more functional. Analysis of the exterior to the closest style that could be rendered was a Mediterranean architectural style characterised by roofs with low pitch, sweeping archways & wrought iron railings.Upcycled Pavillion- An open constructed area was converted into an open Pavilion with upcycled roofing tiles. Old and well proven Roofing tiles were reused with an aim to increase the lifecycle of used materials and achieve it with low cost benefits. The final pavilion with traditional Kerala style architecture was achieved in a Sustainable and eco-friendly way.

This Retail-Residential, 7 storey project at Johannesburg, South Africa, built out of 140 shipping containers was handled completely using BIM - Autodesk REVIT-The responsibilities included design development & development of construction documents along with local architect, structural consultant, project manager & Propertuity (Client).- Visual renderings with updated designs, details & producing Pricing set & council set of drawings.

The Summer Internship with RRA, New Delhi was about getting to understand the practical side of Architecture. This period included learning through detailed Construction drawings of upto 1:2 scale Construction Drawings for two major Projects. The idea behind the internship was to understand the intrciacies and complexities in Architectural Design and how they translate from Drawings into reality.Projects studied included:METRO BHAWAN (DMRC Headquarters) , New Delhi:-Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Headquarters at New Delhi was the first detailed and completed project to be studied through which the Climate Responsive strategies adopted were first understood. Construction Details were sketched to understand the intricacies involved. Also included study of the drawings and later understanding of its translation into reality through site visitsPARLIAMENT LIBRARY, New Delhi:- Study of Construction drawing portfolio of this project gave an opportunity to understand the attention to the construction details required in executing a project on site. Apart from the Design philosophies involved, the flow of spaces, to the design of furnitures & flooring, roofing & glazing connections were sketched and studied.
