• Analyzing the requirement of the client.• Preparing preliminary Design development and taking forward to final sign off of design with BOQ.• Coordinating with the site team in preparing and monitoring the initial marking on site.• Preparation of working drawings.• Coordinating with Structural and MEP consultants for way forward.

• Project documentation (Preparing weekly project progress and Monthly progress Report)• Reporting confidential Management reports to Regional manager and Head office• Design coordination (Pre-Construction, Construction & Post Construction Stages) withDesign consultants.• Achieving consolidated BoQ of various services, vendor evaluation / floating tenders /Conducting pre bid meeting / Negotiation.• Conceptualize Project Control Schedule after thorough discussion with clients and establish time span of project execution as per client specifications.• Planning & Tracking.• Chair all the site meetings and take notes of minutes.
