Ø Thorough exposure of recruitment in US Market, staffing services and various hiring processes such as Permanent and contract position Corp to Corp(C2C), Contract to Hire, 1099 & W-2 basis. Ø Good understanding of the US visas like H1B, TN, GC, OPT.Ø Very much comfortable dealing with US Citizen & GC Holder. Ø Follow up with the clients for the feedback, handholding candidates till they join the company. Ø Coordinate with consultant and client to line up the whole interview process. Also keep the track record of submissions, so can be useful for further requirement.
