I am responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.Screen applicants to verify knowledge and capabilities of job. My primary responsibility is to source for candidates, either active or passive, to fill our open positions• Using both the Internet, Job boards and potentially using Local database to identify candidates for specific job opportunities• Understanding job requisitions; matched Job description, roles and responsibilities of that position, Location of work, Pay range and also check on Visa status etc.• Sourcing resumes from various Job portals like Monster, Dice, Google, Career builder and Hot Jobs by using different search strings which suits the job profile; Screening & pooling the good set of candidature.• Short turnaround time to source for a particular Requisition.I am responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
