Supporting Borrowers in Credit Analysis & Compliance services across North America Region.Spreading of Financial Statements (IFRS/GAAP reported) of borrowers into an analytical database (Optimist - Erstwhile - Moody's Risk Analysis tool) according to the designed dictionary. Absorbing financial statements from different sources such as SEC, HKEX, ASX, SGX, Company websites etc. & Making Standard/Non-standard adjustments with an aim to reduce an effort required by the onshore analyst to inspect the quality of data. Performing an audit of Compliance Certificates based on the financial reports generated & the credit agreements as and when amended.Also Include but not limited to,1. Financial Data Gathering, Enriching & Maintaining within the database.2. Real-time monitoring of corporation's Liquidity, Solvency-Debt/Leverage, Efficiency & Profitability covenants.3. In compliance with established procedures and guidelines designed by onshore analytical team.4. Ensuring timely delivery of data to onshore credit analysts in accordance with established Service Level Agreements. (SLA's)

Supporting Corporations in Credit Rating Services across APAC, EMEA & NA Regions.Spreading of Financial Statements (IFRS/GAAP reported) of corporations into an analytical database (Arrow Basic - An S&P's Inhouse developed tool) according to the designed rulebook and relevant accounting standards. Absorbing financial statements from different sources such as SEC, HKEX, ASX, SGX, Company websites etc. & making standard/non-standard adjustments with an aim to reduce an effort required by the onshore analysts to inspect the quality of data. Also Include but not limited to,1. Financial Data Gathering, Enriching & Maintaining within the database.2. In compliance with established procedures and guidelines designed by onshore analytical team.3. Ensuring timely delivery of data to onshore credit analysts in accordance with an established Turnaround time. (TAT's)
