Support the editorial process for International Journal of Coal Science & Technology;Organize the peer review process for submitted manuscripts and coordinate editorial decisions;Be in charge of formatting manuscripts according to our in-house standards;Handle email communication between all parties involved in the publication process;Ensure that scholarly articles are accurately edited and published with a high degree of consistency and within the deadlines;Serving as point of contact between the Editorial Office and external authors and readers

1. Developing and maintaining links with the international coal research community, and scanning the current literature to aid in the identification of suitable material and authors for the journal;2. Organizing peer review of articles and other written material and negotiating with authors and reviewers;3. Copy-editing material from all sections of the journal to improve clarity of expression, and to conform to journal style;4. Suggesting and helping to develop new initiatives for the further development of the journal;5. Checking proofs and pages for the whole journal content.

1. Work closely with Editors-in-chief to determine scientific content, and strategic direction of China Coal, ajournal in Chinese;2. Ensure the highest possible quality of all language content of the journal.
