• Lead cross functional, facility & engineering teams, vendors on multiple start-ups, facility designs, retro-fits, layout & MHE design, MHE system installations and execute within established timelines and budgets. • Lead enhancements in multiple facilities for automation projects (VLM, PTL, PTV, ASRS $ Sorter systems) to accommodate growth with new product lines & business segments.• Manage complex global cross-functional projects, created master operating plans and staffing plans for multiple supply chain projects with detailed tasks and budget control checks. • Perform intense data driven network modelling to identify optimized supply chain strategy, DC node locations and optimized cost/transit time to end customer from inception. • Identified, developed analytics driven business case proposals with latest technologies and monitored execution of multiple companywide capital initiatives on planned budgets and timelines with established KPIs.

• Lead warehouses operations on Lean Six-Sigma continues improvements initiatives, LMS enhancements, identified the cost of quality for the entire floor operations and global chain by identifying and analyzing the critical re-work done. • Lead cross-functional teams in designing solutions and worked with vendors for MHE installations, retro-fits and layout changes. • Developed capacity models, multi variable models on alternative processes using MODAPS (LMS) and Lean MADM for process initiatives & enhancements.

• Developed engineering standards through work measurement 5S & time studies. Trained & implemented a new incentive PACE program (LMS with incentives) using DMAIC, value stream mapping and monitored the performance. • Performed root cause analytics for slot optimization and created a resource scheduling planner to enhance warehouse operations efficiency & quality. • Served as a liaison between executive leadership, fulfillment centers and hub sorts in implementing engineered & optimized sorter operations for faster and cost effective deliveries. • Establish standard operating procedures through work measurement and time studies for fulfillment and hub sort operations.
