Manual Quality Assurance Engineer with 2+ years experience in Web and Mobile-based applications testing in Agile- Ability to work with multiple teams from various vendors/partners- Sound knowledge of project documentation, especially defining product test plans and criteria for acceptance.- Deep understanding of SDLC and STLC- Expertise in cross browser, cross platform compatibility testing.- Experience in working productively in a fast paced, high-pressure environment- Experience in executing the Test cases and Test Matrices in different phases of testing like GUI Testing, Functional, Regression, Integration Testing, End-to-End testing, System and User Acceptance testing- Experience in using Defect tracking tools such as JIRA for Tracking and Reporting Defects- Interacted with Business users, Project managers, and other team members to ensure problem solutions and user satisfaction- Excellent professional skills by working independently and also as a team member to analyse the Functional / Business requirements and to prepare Test Cases for Manual Testing- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and implement them- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude- Attention to detail- Strong organisational skills
