Current❖ OpenText Contact Center Analytics - Qfiniti & ExplorePrimary responsibilities: o Lead Software Developer of Contact Center Analytics (CCA) aka Explore. OpenText Explore is post-call analytics for call-center interactions such as recording, chats, emails using transcriptions (Nuance Transcription Engine), Solr, .NET, C#, PowerShell. OpenText Magellan Text Mining Engine provides call transcriptions and Solr search capability. o Involved in activities such ❖ Long-term planning and providing/building proof-of-concept using technologies such as Machine Learning, Agentic AI, LLM, NLP & NLU impacting the product domain and providing feedback to Product Management ❖ Mid-term planning working on product Road-map items such as Cloud Migration, Modernization and Scaling and building Scrum Backlog ❖ Day-to-day activities such as Customer interaction, development, Team mentoring, Team building and interacting with other product line within OpenText to explore their usage with Qfiniti & Explore o Projects: ❖ Working on AWS Cloud migration of OpenText Qfiniti and Explore. AWS VM, Terraform, New Relic, OpenTelemetry (Prometheus, Grafana) ❖ Working on Modernization and Scaling of Background processes using Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, MassTransit o Involved in Innovation Projects : ❖ Machine Learning proof-of-concept using LLM (Large Language Model), Huggingface Transformers, Python, FastAPI, MLFlow, Jupyter Notebook, Agentic RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) using LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Vector Database (Cohere, Pinecone) ❖ Machine Learning modeling using Keras and PyTorch and use of AutoML with MLflow and Airflow ❖ REST API in Go/GoLang: Developed proof-of-concept project for REST API in Go/GoLang for recording and chat ingestion to Explore in AWS ❖ Investigating different aspects of Machine Learning System Design such as Agentic AI Framework, Feature Engineering, AI-powered Search, Knowledge Graph
