As a seasoned Senior O&M Supervisor specializing in wind energy, I bring over a decade of expertise in the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on both the construction and operational phases of wind farms. My journey began with a solid educational foundation in industrial engineering and energy systems, and has evolved into a comprehensive career managing large-scale projects and leading high-performance teams.Currently, I am leading the operations and maintenance of the Tarfaya Wind Farm, one of the largest wind farms in Africa, with 131 turbines and a capacity of 301 MW. My role involves supervising the commissioning of wind turbines and electrical substations, ensuring optimal performance through rigorous data analysis, and coordinating closely with national dispatching for grid management.During the construction phase, I leverage my skills in project management and electrical engineering to oversee the installation and commissioning processes.
