Job duties and responsibilities: Responsible for improving portfolio indicators:o Handling IQA.o Handling persistency of Life portfolio.o Handling persistency of Personal Accident & Health portfolio by: Preparing OL & PA monthly studies which include details of all cases affects IQA & persistency and target. Evaluating results achieved by the field force. Prepare the action plan for any deviations from the settled target. Responsible for improving business continuity:o Handling surrender & cancelation requests.o Handling reinstatement business.o Handling requirements of the incomplete business.o Handling customer’s reinstatement basic requests.o Handling replacement business. Responsible for handling voice of customer service:o Organizing complaint server that receives the customer’s complaints.o Directing and following all received complaints with concerned parties.o Preparing all needed complaint analysis to take appropriate action plan.o Investigating complaints and preparing analysis with recommendation to senior managements. Responsible for handling direct new business.

Working and supervising a team doing all the sales processes till closing the deal.

- Recruiting a team and arranging daily, weekly and monthly meetings - Training them how to do sales cycle, fact finding - Evaluating every agent to follow the production standards and to do all the reports - Giving my team field support to reach our target. - Following policies deliveries and the after delivery kit and all paper work.

- Prospecting for the most qualified clients and doing fact finding about them.- Arranging meetings and doing a full presentation about all the programs.- Designing and offering the best programs to the clients.- Doing the sale follow and policy delivery and committing to the after sale services.

- Meet the owners to discuss sales deliverables and to create sales initial plan.- Organize and recruit sales teams and Implement sales plans to meet objectives.- Lead the sales teams through the project. - Monitor the sales-men activities, resources to mitigate risks, remove obstacles , take corrective actions, call and run teams meetings- Issue sales status reports for owners.

Recruit, train, and develop sales teams for both sales and carpet cleaning store, to deal with all different types of customers to reach their maximum satisfaction and to earn their trust to have them as a regular customers.

Marketing spare parts, analyze the market needs to hold the highest share of the market, and Associate with propaganda and advertising agencies to set the final view of campaign, promotions and arranging with local and international expositions.
