The team is blended team offers after sales and support, im responsible of :1- Team’s performance in terms of sales, customer satisfaction and first call resolution performance.2- Provide necessary coaching for team’s and individual development.3- Prepare data analysis for every single metric providing trend and outliers and reasons for any kind of drop with action to improve when needed.4- Prepare action plans on both team and individual level with the necessary follow up.5- Preparing team’s schedule on monthly basis.6- Preparing team’s payrolls.7- Responsible of team’s development by assigning courses and tasks.
