Dr jacob is a graduate of LSU psychiatry residency program in 1988. Also has M. P. H. Degree from Tulane University in 1982.He started private practice in Glendora,caIn 7/88. He joined Charter oak hospital at the same time. He appointed medical director for adult services in 2 /1990 till he appointed as the medical Director of the hospital in 2011 till currently. Dr JACOB established Gero-psychiatry program in Glendora community hospital In 1991,the only Gero -psych program in that area then. He was the the medical director of the program till he resigned in 2012 because of similar program to start in Charter Oak hospital .He also established outpatient partial program in Doctors Hospital of West Covina in 1992. He has been the medical director of the program till currently. Since started private practice in Glendora in 7/88,Jacob and Associates, has 6 psychiatrist and 17 clinicians,therapists,With PHD,Psy-D,LCSW,MFT degrees withTwo convenient locations in the cities of Glendora and Diamondbar , providing psychiatric and chemical dependency diagnose and treatment to all ages. Testing and treatment of ADHD kids by specialized child psychologist to treatment of dementia and geriatric psychiatrist illnesses by board certified Gero-psychiatrists provided by the group.
