In my current role, I design and implement a customized cocurricular program that provides advanced training in public management and leadership development for emerging leaders in the Arab world and leaders in social activism around the world. Driven by my commitment to the region and a desire to effect positive change in communities around the world, I am passionate about developing the rising generation of global citizens worldwide. My background in higher education comes with varied experience in student development, engagement, and retention. My International experience in higher education has given me a clear understanding of how global and social awareness plays a critical role in students’ success. My areas of expertise are international student services, student activities, orientation, student training and development, student retention, budget planning, and curriculum development.As a higher education professional, I lead with a forward-thinking, student-centered philosophy to enhance the co-curricular experience and promote student success. I am passionate about supporting students in their unique educational experiences and watching them grow personally and professionally. I look forward to working with the future leaders of the global world who will address the world’s most crucial challenges and help them to develop the essential skills to be successful leaders.
