I'm happily married and have two great kids, a boy and a girl.My journey in the IT world has been all about learning and leadership. It started when I became the head of the IT department at Baykan Group, which was the beginning of my IT career. I was eager to learn and grow, so I moved on to Arıkan Inc., where I helped improve their IT systems. After two years, I took a break to do my military service.Once that was done, I became the System and Operational Manager at Kardem Textile, where I worked on more than thirty important projects. This job gave me a lot of valuable knowledge. The IT systems I set up were ahead of the curve, even compared to some big companies.After five years, I decided to specialize in one area and joined Microsoft, the world's top software company. I worked as a Support Engineer for Skype for Business (which used to be called Lync) for the EMEA region at Global Business Support. Later, I became a Technical Advisor at Apple, the biggest tech company in the world.After six successful years with Apple, I felt the pull to return to the core of IT.
