As the founder and CEO of ITree Group, I am passionate about creating innovative solutions for the education and employment sectors in Uzbekistan. I have over 4 years of experience in leading a team of developers, designers, and marketers to build and launch ITree Group, a platform that connects students, teachers, and employers. I have also been a teacher at Namangan State University, where I taught courses on information systems and processes, applied mathematics, and informatics. I am currently pursuing my PhD in Information Systems and Processes at Namangan State University, and have also studied at The Silesian University of Technology in Poland. I have strong skills in C#, PHP, and C++, as well as in web development, data analysis, and project management. My core competencies include creativity, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration. My mission is to empower people to learn, grow, and succeed in the digital age.
