I believe everyone deserves access to the best lessons from non-judgement work. The whole world is starving to feel heard and it's my mission to help create more passionate listeners to fill that gap.When I'm not working in suicide prevention I'm probably writing and creating content for mental health workers. I want to raise the standard across all metrics of mental health work. For our own individual self care, for the support our organisations offer volunteers, for the quality of support we give on the front line, the authenticity with which we show up, accountability to the values we hold, the list goes on.I want to help provide solutions and make it easier for non-profits to become genuine communities driven by culture.
