Lead the direction and implementation of new technologies to bring innovation and provide consistent, reliable enterprise IT services to the business. Career Highlights:● Server / Application Virtualization – Executed multi-faceted strategy to upgrade the VMWare environment, corresponding virtual servers, outdated Citrix farm and full Exchange migration. Documented and moved over 300 virtual servers, 100 virtual applications and migrated over 1500 users globally. ● DevOps – Redesigned the technical support functions by developing custom on-line forms, Change Management workflows and developing automation to increase efficiency and align with ITIL standards. Unplanned outages dropped 75%.● Talent Retention – Strong believer in continued education and training. Brought employee motivation tools such as “Employee of the Month”, quarterly team outings and creative incentives that greatly increased the moral of our department. Turnover progressively moved to 10% or less year over year.

Managed and provided thought leadership to a team of Systems Engineers, Systems Administrators, and Technical Support Analysis for a 1300 employee law firm encompassing over 12 offices. ● Improved existing systems support and platforms with updated documentation, cross training, and clearly defined roles. ● Integrated systems and applications of three independent law firms into one contiguous business domain.● Implemented "ready queue" process to reduce Systems end user support response time by more than 75%.

Managed two support teams responsible for advanced issue resolution and hardware support. Assisted in the combination of the recently merged firms support staff into a multi-tier configuration promoting improved support and accountability. ● Redefined the overall support structure to include a new “tier 3 team”, allowing the top talent opportunities to rotate into key roles of responsibility and technical expertise. ● Using ITIL methodologies, transformed the service desk to help reduce time to resolution, provide key performance indicators, reporting and developed escalation paths both within and outside the support team.

Subject matter expert for advanced support and administration of Microsoft Exchange, Citrix, Active Directory, backups, and other systems applications. Lead multiple projects, strategically partnering with management, and collectively bringing new services into production on time and on budget.

Maintained the operations of DSI’s network infrastructure, applications and systems in support of over 250 associates worldwide. Worked with Active Directory, IBM AS/400, and Cisco switching/routing to facilitate the collaboration of our end user community.
