I love Photography & Motorcycling. Lights & Colors fascinated me ever since i was a kid (well that and the physics of tyres rotating!)My last profile was as a Group Leader. Boring as that sounds, the work is actually quite challenging and dynamic. Simply put, i manage a team and make sure the production churns out daily volumes keeping quality & TAT within the defined SLA’s. End Goal is Customer Satisfaction.One might wonder how working in a same organization for double digit years serves. Well, its a different type of challenge as you go through different roles. I’ve helped setup various departments to help me grow as the organization grew. The new challenges kept me on-toes and i have been privileged to be part of every major change in the organization.I have received multiple recognitions and rewards throughout my journey but the greatest of them are in the form of accolades and compliments that you get from your managers.I’m best known for my technical know-how amongst my coworkers. Problem solving and asking (logical) questions are my most unique qualities. In my spare time, i’m a photographer & a travel enthusiast.
