Handled both local & export orders starting from product development to dispatch of the finished products at the customer’s facility including end-to-end service.• Handled project of 80,000 KG fabric dying with a timeline of one month which included negotiation with the customer to confirm the order, coordinated with production & customer to finalize the shade mix of different quantities while considering the plant capacity in line with other orders, ensuring deadlines are met & subsequently payment collected as per the contract terms.• Successfully managed an urgent order from Young LA (a US-based fitness brand) to accommodate their upcoming launch within 25 days as compared to a normal lead time of 90 days. The pre-production phase was reduced from 15 days to one week time through continuous communication with the customer, accessories vendors & embellishment source. The project scope was to finalize the design & get approval for the bulk to proceed.
