-Meet with clients to determine objectives and requirements.-Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.-Be in charge and Manage the Concept Design Dept of the Company-Creating concepts and themes for many exterior and interior projects-- Proficient in providing innovative Concept designs and reports in coordination with the various design disciplines.- Plan and develop Concept and Schematic Designs for the assigned projects.- Develops project proposals, assist in presentation of proposals to client.- Monitors and evaluates progress and takes corrective actions- Supervise CAD technicians, monitor and evaluate progress by taking corrective actions to make sure that the work is completed to clients satisfaction.- Assist the working drawing team and the site supervision team on any design issues-Generating architectural preliminary and schematic plans for client approval.-Generating full interior design packages containing furniture plans,floor pattern layouts, Ceiling layouts, and details, all wood works and schedules-Generate High quality 3D rendered images for the project-Selecting furniture items, lighting fixtures with finishes and fabrics
