As a Strategic Workforce Planning Data Advisor at the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), I derive insights and produce data models from the Department's data to support its strategic objectives and workforce planning. I use my analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data and models, and to communicate the findings and recommendations to the relevant stakeholders.I hold a Master of Science degree in Work Psychology from Loughborough University, where I learned about the theories and applications of work and organizational psychology, such as employee motivation, performance, well-being, diversity, and development. I am also certified in Career Essentials in Data Analysis by Microsoft and LinkedIn, and in Introduction to Agile Development and Scrum by Coursera.
