My job was to plan how to reach out to as may international and domestic tourists as possible. For that I carried out a marketing research which could better make me understand the basic psyche of the prospective clients. I also helmed various advertisement campaigns for our hotel in consultation with various advertising agencies. These include both online campaigns and physically reaching out. Apart from this I worked extensively on the feedback of the clients that had visited us as I believe there is always a room for improvement in anything that we do.
