Review of literature on strategic management and planning; review of strategic plans and international best practices in governments; desk review of KP CDS strategy, KP-Medium Term Development Framework, KP-Medium Term Budgetary Framework; KP-Economic Growth Strategy; KP Budgetary Estimates for Service Delivery, KP Annual Development Plan, Output Based Budgeting introduced in KP etc.(iii) Organize meetings, Focus Group discussions and/or meetings and other necessary means to collect data with stakeholders of the designated department while coordinating with designated department, ASP-RSPN, both CPO and PPO, and all the relevant key stakeholders. Improving Governance in Pakistani Institutions (particularly in Police organizations)

Involved (as an intern) in United Nations Evaluation Program/Process on United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA). Provided support and assistance to the UN team in creation and compilation of database on thematic areas. Assisted in Monitoring and Evaluation of the UNECA in the preparation of an assessment report on UNECA’s work. Assisted the UN team, in uploading the surveys, and in finalization of documents related to data collection and data analysis. Provided assistance in organizing interviews and if possible asked for policy evidence. Prepared program implementation pathways (PIP).

Khushhali Bank Limited (KBL) envisaged a need for introducing structured skill enhancement programs into communities it serves through development of Distance Learning Programs. These programs were concise and designed over agriculture, livestock/fisheries and enterprise management through outsourced arrangements. Distance Learning programs’ (DLP) responsibilities include: to spread business development services and corporate image building materials by mobile training units that were well equipped with media technologies, raising the confidence of existing and potential borrowers and communities at large thus enabling the Bank to develop its’ market and client loyalty.

Conducting market analysis in coordination with the Branch In-charge and identifying target market in rural and urban areas, credit appraisal, disbursement and collection, developing a profitable clientele base according to the forecasted sales plans, controlling client drop out, introduction of Bank’s services to the marginalized segments of the society, delivering bank’s services to the clients at their doorstep.
