    1) Discussing on high priority requirements on daily basis with Team Lead.2) Interacting with team lead for thorough understanding of the job requirements.3) Identifying potential Engineers from Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn.4) Screening the Engineers over call in regards with the skill sets, education, experience, location, their rating on the specific skill sets, salary expectations, and interview availability.5) Getting profile screened from Team Lead along with other collected details of the Engineer as well.6) Preparing client specific candidate tracker for each candidate resume as per client needs and sending it to Team Lead.7) Once Engineer profile gets shortlisted call will be made to the Engineer to set up interview with the technical team and mode of interview also gets conveyed.8) The interview gets scheduled by checking on the availability of both the tech team and the Engineer and later based on this the schedule will be shared.9) Once the Engineer interview is scheduled interview schedule tracker gets shared to Team Lead.10) On the day of the interview follow up will be done with the interview scheduled Engineer and interview schedule confirmation tracker will also be sent to Team Lead.11) After an hour or so a call will be made to check on how the Engineer’s interview went and questions gets collected.12) After receiving feedback from respective client regarding the interviews, follow up will be done with the selected Engineer regarding their selection and DOJ and documents collection.13) Once the Engineer accepts the offer regular follow will be done to ensure the Engineer joins on the specified date mentioned by the client.14) Coordinated multiple walk-ins drive at client place on weekends.15) Prepare daily and monthly report.
