In the Automotive team, I am responsible for:-R&D Projects in electromechanical connector solutions.-Developing reliable and cost effective connector solutions for the automotive industry. -Conducting feasibility studies and elaborate a complete package of solutions detailed design and development.-Communicating with our manufacturing partners in China or In house in Germany. -Inspect and validate developed solution-Release to manufacturing

-Design improvement of TL-Series V2.-Design detailing and layout of system components.-Wiring CAD generation with cut-lists for the power system components.-Reading and understanding top level system diagram and flow charts with new components.-Generating electrical schematics from top level system diagrams and datasheets.-Integration of components and mechanical mounts in CAD.-Design improvement of the sheet-metal enclosure and the trailer chassis.-Generating 2D manufacturing drawings.

-Assisted the engineering team to design and develop the first rugged pan and tilt system.-Design of the mechanical structure and drive mechanisms.-Calculation and sizing of motorization.-Choosing materials and FEA analysis.-Design of control system and sensors integration.-Insulation, IP grades and rugged system design (military grade application).-BOM and test-list generation according to norms-Prototyping and testing
