Helping design grow and thrive throughout our organization:• Lead designer collaborating to launch and continuously help iterate PubNub Insights, a turnkey analytics product on our platform. •Designed and shipped PubNub’s first generative Ai product feature , Analyze with Ai •Took lead on service design project, introduced company to end-to-end service blueprint, starting PubNub's journey management initiative and setting up ways to enable cross functional teams with opportunities • Lead discovery calls, research and helped concept two zero-to-one products on our platform. • Rapidly prototyping complex concepts and workflows within our product areas to validate the value to our users through VOC sessions/usability testing.• Lead designer on two product areas helped iterate from rough concepts, lo-fi wireframes and finally hi-fidelity prototypes. • Lead usability tests, design reviews, critique and helped lead many cross functional workshops which resulted in the right product decisions made. • Established effective workflows for designers to be embedded in scrum teams• Helped align design and product work-streams leading to successful and constant product iterations.
