In my three & half year experience, one year professional experience in rights base project implement, office administration, financial & human resource. As a beginner I am getting experience in youth development, livelihood and administrative approaches. The key activities were managing administration, financial activities, assist to organize, entrepreneurship development & employment.In this short period of time, I have gathered experience on staff supervising and coordinating a large team with big budget, developing concept note, monitoring, reporting format, staff’s appraisal, reporting and documentation.All above experiences have prepared me for the fast-paced roll of this position.
