Part of the Education division in the Head Office. Working on a project dedicated to support women towards the development of finishing skills and/or trade skills in order to ably equip them to enter and flourish within the general workforce of the country whilst maintaining a degree of independence. Responsibilities focused on managing operations and logistics of the project as well as coordination with different departments within the organisation. Working in the different departments of the education division which includes:1: Education department (Having 119 institutions under it all over Pakistan)2: Technical Training & Vocational institutes department 3: Administration Department 4- Finance Department 5-Planning and Development Department (Directly under the Director Welfare Education)

Worked in the Supply chain department and was in the team who managed all the logistics coming in and out of the warehouse.

Led the marketing strategy and campaign of the company during its launch and successfully increased online presence and achieved significant sales (e.g., Ten thousand sales on website alone & Twenty thousand followers on Instagram within three months). Responsibilities included:• liaising with the top social media influencers, website developers, creative team, talent agencies.• creating and implementing social media marketing campaigns e.g gorilla marketing, mystery marketing (Creating curiosity on social media platforms to engage customers ) etc.• undertaking market research.• devising strategies of best channels to utilise for maximum effect and identification of target audience.• devising evaluation methods; and • achieving sales targets.

Interned at the Human Resource Management department at the Pakistan Tobacco Company's Head office in Islamabad. I was in charge of the summer internship project for the company, whereby had the added responsibility of managing the other interns and their respective projects. Learned the basics of the human resources mechanism.

Interned at the Supply Chain department of FFBL Head Office Islamabad . I was overlooking procurement of various materials while also assisting the manager with day-to-day tasks within the department. Learned the basics of the supply chain mechanism and the importance of procurement methods and their timely deliveries.

Worked in all departments of the bank, including operations and marketing.
