As the Operations Manger - Content Manager at Hotel Trader, I oversee the work assignments of the Ops team and ensure exceptional service to our customers. I monitor and manage written correspondence between the Ops team and our Demand Clients, Hotels, and Internal Departments to ensure effective communication. I attend Operations/Customer Support Management Meetings to review the status of initiatives, discuss new projects, and ensure adequate training needs are being met within the department.My goal is to maintain successful working relationships with all departments and ensure that the Operations team delivers exceptional results to our customers.
