 Senior Mechanical Engineer Jan 2015-Present.Project:-  Al Fattan Sky Towers, (1B+GF+3P+21F) of Two Towers, Dubai UAE. Al Fattan Down Town, (2B+GF+5P+32F) of Three Towers, Dubai-UAE Deira Waterfront Development, (2B,G+4, GF+5, G+7 constituting of 12 building including Hotel building.Responsible for the design review & daily supervision of mechanical installations, including review of submittals, shop drawings, preparation of technical and progress reports, and coordination with other engineering disciplines. Independently handling Mechanical department (HVAC, Drainage & water supply) with all issues related to design and supervision of the above project by considering related standard( ASHRAE, CIBSE, SMACNA, NFPA & UAE Local authorities regulation). Ensuring cost saving in all aspects by proper designing. Checking the work progress and quality of work as per the design and quality plan. Responsible for the Shop Drawings coordination between the mechanical and other engineering disciplines as well as reviewing all the design parameters & equipment’s.

Participation in the design review & daily supervision of mechanical installations, including review of submittals, shop drawings, preparation of technical and progress reports, and coordination with other engineering disciplines. Responsible for the monitoring of works execution, material quality control and follow-up on all Mechanical installations. Responsible for the Shop Drawings coordination between the mechanical and other engineering disciplines as well as reviewing all the design parameters & equipment’s. Independently handling HVAC & plumbing department with all issues related to design.

Projects:- Central Market Project (B5+G+90), Abu DhabiROLE:- Independently handling HVAC department with all issues related to HVAC design and supervision of the above projects. Checking the work progress and quality of work as per the design and quality plan. Carry out the inspection requests and material inspection requests and to ensure that they are in accordance with project specification procedures. Control of the execution of all subcontracted mechanical works in accordance with the approved shop drawings to meet the required technical quality and safety.

Projects Handled:- G+5, G+6, G+7 Rem Raam Project Constituting 96 Residential Buildings at Dubai Land.ROLE:- Supervising site operations including checking the MEP drawing for location of equipments, ducts and pipe layouts, ceiling layouts and conducting inspections. Handling HVAC design, Tendering (Take off material) & execution.  Arranging the approved material onsite & taking approval for the same material from the consultant. Preparing all shop drawing as per tender & coordinating with all departments. Coordinating with the other department onsite for project related issues to make project smooth flow of work. Submit the technical submittals with all required calculation (pump head, ESP & pressure rating calculation for valves, etc) to consultant and get the approvals. Ensuring smooth flow of work within given standards and on time

Projects Handled Dubai Maritime City Shopping Mall. Palm Mall Deira of 40,000Tonnage Shopping Mall.Role:- Performing manual and computerized Heat Load calculations of High Rise building, Shopping Malls, Hospitals and commercial complexes as per ASHREA. Deciding on suitability of various machines such as window A/C, Split A/C, Package A/C and Central plant. Choosing the suitable machines based on their nomenclature for central A/C project from their respective makers such as Carrier, Hitachi, and Voltas. Preparing HVAC system layouts from the Architectural drawings.  Selecting chilled water pipe size as per GPM, chilled water pipe sizing, Pump Head Calculations and selecting suitable chilled water pumps. Managing Duct size Calculations, External static pressure Calculation and selecting suitable Fans & Indoor unit. Designing suitable Ventilation system for different application like residential building, commercial building, industrial purpose, car parking basements etc as per ASHRAE Standards Preparing layouts with sectional detailed drawings and floor drawings.  Ensuring smooth flow of work within given standards and on time. Overseeing site operations to ensure timely completion of work. Liasoning with different Engineers and contractors and extending technical support to supervisors and technicians to complete project with in time frame. Deftly carrying out maintenance operations for air-conditioning machines such as FCU’s, AHU’s, Chilled, pumps, Chilled water piping, ducting and over hauling of compressors.
