▪ Initiated 3 sustainable development community projects; Waste to Energy at PPR Intan Baiduri, Sustainable Senior Housing Homes at Sentul, Last Mile Cycling Infrastructure at Taman Tun Dr Ismail▪ Consulted and advised on green building design to developers and architects▪ Conducted community engagements with targeted residents around Kuala Lumpur on sustainable development

▪ Led the development of the Eco World Green Standards in compliance with local and regional green building standards and worked closely with all the Business Units to train them on these standards.

▪ Collaborated with the architect, M&E engineers, C&S engineers and the contractor to carry out green building design simulations and strategies for the development of residential homes (semi-d and townships).

▪ Collaborated with the Engineering Team on process optimisation and integration of new technology at the Resource Recovery Centre - Waste to Energy Facility.

▪ Developed sustainable development strategies for residential and non-residential developments (passive solar design, day lighting, alternative energy, energy efficiency, rainwater harvesting, indoor air quality).

Project Engineer, Refinery Capacity Expansion Project (USD 800 million) [FEB2008 – JUL2010]▪ Supervised the engineering design, procurement, construction and commissioning of all I&C systems and devices for the project – 5000 devices, 10 systems▪ Coordinated, established and maintained a strong communication link between owner, project team, plant operations, consultant, contractors and vendors▪ Developed framework for I&C commissioning – documents, checklists, schedule, manpower planning, resources and tools▪ Optimized and reduced commissioning schedule from 1 month to 2 weeks to meet plant RFSU (ready for startup) targetMaintenance Engineer, Plant Division, PP(M)SB [FEB2007 – FEB2008]▪ Led the day-to-day maintenance of all instrument and control devices for PSR2 plant▪ Led the manpower planning, material management, scheduling and prioritization of activities for instrument and control▪ Coordinate with other disciplines and departments on multi-disciplinary tasks▪ Initiated an in-house Instrument Wikipedia for all instrument engineers to consolidate and share information, knowledge, problems and answers.
