 Reports to the Executive Customer Service Operation. Perform Service Advisor’s 7 step in every vehicle attended Assists clients with scheduling of appointments. Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information. Records customer's vehicle concerns accurately and clearly on repair order. Fulfill customer needs for vehicle and handle customer complains. Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service. Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts. Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate orpromised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additionalrepairs are performed. Follow up on work performed with technicians and finalizes repair order and invoice. Performs delivery process with customer at completion and follow up vehicle after service to make sure vehicle ingood shape. Maintains high customer satisfaction standards in the process to complete the needs for Toyota’s SCORE 900 and JDPower. Implement Toyota Way in daily working progress which includes Kaizen(Continuous Improvement), Genchi Genbutsu(Go and See Your Self), Challenge, Respect of People and Teamwork  Five ‘S’ campaign in managing working area.
