- Giving priority to safe working & Free LTI in the Procurement Department.- Develop working with the team to work efficiency, the same day in the process of MR to the PO and the target-On-Time Delivery Item- Evaluation of MR Approval in accordance with the PAL, Check Stock & Spac, P / N, Size, Type, Description etc.- Looking for (local and foreign suppliers) for General Supplies, spare parts, construction materials etc.- Bid Evaluation and comparison of price, Top, Delivery time, Warranty, etc. to multiple suppliers- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranty and after sales service etc.- Support Maintenance for PO Process, PEX, Repair, Warranty, Fabrication, Labour, Testing, Calibration, etc. from all units / machine company- Create Purchase Order,- Ensuring Supply and delivery of goods to a location on time -- Ensuring the P1 or urgent orders are processed in a timely manner- Develop and maintain suppliers or new sources to obtain a better cost savings.- Overseeing the out standing PO- Establish communication and feedback with Team, User and Supplier- Make sure all the Purchase in accordance with the procedures
