Duties and Responsibilities• Sales & Marketing in WTP/WWTP using EPC, BOT, KSO & Operation Maintenance system ( One Stop Water Solutions )• Identify potential Project in Government company (PDAM ) and Industrial even do by tender or non tender • Propose Potential Customer to management and reporting• Preparing Technical and budgeting with project team based on customer requirement • Making Proposal Technical and budgetary• Doing Presentation for WTP/WWTP to Customer• Managing relations with Customer and close Interaction ( PDAM, Pelindo, JAKPRO, Sinarmas BSD, Bounded Area (KBN), etc • Updating new Technology with vendors for WTP and WWTP System• Develop and Sales increase for KSO Project with JAKPRO ( WTP in Waduk Pluit Jakarta Utara )• Monitoring and Controlling project On going ( Reservoir, Deep well and Piping system for 10.000 Housing units at cluster )• Making Reporting to management

• Develop Opportunity in MEP and Property Sector• Survey, budgeting and making Feasibility Study• Provide business data and discussed with project team ( Milestone, Budgeting and Potensial market )• Making presentation to management• Provide project Management• Controlling and Monitoring Project ( Sub Contractor and Payment )• Management Sales Sistem• Doing Promotion and Sales Increase
