Here at Prestige Sports, we do wholesale and retail in Sports equipment. As Logistics and Supply chain Executive, I'm in charge to process and monitor inbound and outbound of inventory. Twice in a year, I need to involve with stock take and to make sure all data is tally between our system and 3PL system and physical count. from the count, I need to do stock reconciliation to see whether we have shortage/excess of stocks vs our warehouse inventory. I need to work closely with sales team as the order from customer will come from them and sometimes there will be some disputes to be discussed thoroughly. I also need to provide two reports every week to my superior - 1) report which tells the DO which is not billed for the previous weeks, 2) Order fulfillment for that particular season.

As a Sales Executive, I need to approach new and existing customer to promote our products and latest promotions for personal financing, credit card and etc. Also need to complete daily operation job such as handling customer inquiries, doing telemarketing, and others.
