Ltd. in Pune, Maharashtra, he is responsible for developing strategies to strengthen CSR within the company, evaluating social development projects, and ensuring smooth implementation of project management cycles. In this role, he has identified potential NGOs/implementing partners and built relationships with them and other key stakeholders, put forward proposals for projects in key thrust areas, and carried out all project-related tasks like MOU/agreement drafting, project/budget monitoring, and project evaluation and management, impact assessment including field visits across the country as required.Prior to the current role, Saiful worked as an Executive in Rural Development at Tata Steel Foundation, where he focused on India’s first Development Corridor between Jamshedpur & Kalinganagar.In terms of specialized skills, Saiful has extensive experience in Needs Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation, Women Empowerment & Development, Adolescent Development, Rural Development, Persons with Disabilities Empowerment, Community Health, Impact Assessment & SROI, and Data Analysis.In his personal time, he enjoys exploring new places and cultures and loves cooking and teaching.
