Associate Manager, Enterprise Network Service
Current• Planning and designing BRAC Bank network architecture according to management or business decision along with enforcement of network security controls as per the standard guideline and policy.• Collaborating with colleagues on the improvement of network infrastructure in order to increase quality, reliability, effectiveness, and reduce expenses.• Installing and configuring network devices, including routers, modems, hubs, switches, wireless AP's, and WLAN controllers for Backbone, Branches & ATMs.• Participating & solving network-related issues like network reachability, LAN connectivity reported by BBL users.• Escalating and interpreting complex problems to higher-level staff or vendors. • Maintaining Cacti, SolarWinds, and other monitoring systems.• Maintaining IPAM for IP management and also blocking different URLs/IPs for security purposes. • Ensured proactive engagement in the Incident Management process, working with cross-functional teams to minimize the impact of network service outages.• Managing the BLUE COAT, FORCEPOINT Proxy & Providing Internet categories to users via proxy.• Managing the PALO ALTO, CISCO & FORTINET Firewall to provide necessary access for Users.• Authenticating User & Network devices via CISCO ISE, TACASC & RADIUS. Also maintaining switchport security for LAN Users.• Conducting different R&Ds in order to integrate any upgradation or implementation of new technology to deploy those solutions.
