Being able to bring in profits while minimizing its losses.I believe it comes down to chemistry; and no, I don’t mean the breakdown of hydrogen bonds, but rather developing the relationship between a business and their customer.Hello! I’m Saiful, and I’m passionate about helping others and developing meaningful connections with friends, clients, and colleagues.I’m currently a college student pursuing a degree in Financial Accounting while also working Full-Time for Intuit as a Payroll Agent where I often assist in training new agents. Additionally, I’ve recently been hired as a Digital Engagement Specialist where I assist customers through our Intuit Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts.During my time with Intuit, I’ve been able to communicate directly with clients to personally resolve any payroll or tax issues they may face while running a small business. The skills required for this job have developed a variety of transferrable skills such as Interpersonal Communications, Project Management, Leadership & Teamwork, but most importantly; Issue Resolution.Outside of my work life, I’m devoted to training my body & mind to be as healthy as it can be. Activities such as exercising and weightlifting, as well as practicing my skills on the guitar and piano are some hobbies that keep me focused on life and my overall well-being to avoid bringing stress to the workspace.
