Responsible for the operation and business development in each of the Group's diverse business sector - agriculture input manufacture, distribute, and sales (seed, fertilizer, and agrochemicals) generic human pharmaceutical manufacturing, veterinary manufacturing (feed, nutrition, and therapeutic), FMCG products, energy, and various CSR related development activities• Monitor and follow up on daily activities relating to sales, marketing, procurement, production, finance, HR, logistics, IT, and external stakeholders such as the different government authorities and media• Help plan and review the quarterly and yearly objective of each department• Negotiate yearly forecast and prices with suppliers, including delivery schedule• In 2014 set up from the new venture of veterinary manufacturing (Naafco Agrovet Ltd) including being the temporary sales and marketing head at the beginning of the launching phase• Develop new suppliers for the different group businesses. Recent ones including - BASF (Germany), Sumitomo (Japan; started new CSR ventures with NGO's related to agriculture - Swisscontact M4C project, Katalyst, and USAID• Establish an IT department in 2013 partly to help implement an open sourced ERP (Adempiere) for the pharmaceuticals venture. Also shifting from MS operating system to Linux

The solution was franchised from Kezzler, Norway• One Bangladeshi pharmaceutical manufacturer and another Mobil Bangladesh adopted the solution on 6 (six) of their product range

Recently formed as a sister concern of Naafco Group, BanglaStrong ventured in to FMCG market with an electrolyte based powder drink (www.isotoniks.com) targeting sports enthusiasts. From setting up the manufacturing facility, arranging raw material and packaging suppliers, to receiving government testing authority's approval, engaging advertising agencies for design and promotional plans, business policy planning, recruiting sales staff, to personally appointing distributors, distribution method, the whole step of the way was done personally and/or under my supervision
