Process Technician Wetbench – SUN EDISON /WAFER FABRICATION INDUSTRI (2010-2016)• Ensure all process follows the Standard Operating Procedures• Continuous monitoring the performance on yield, reject and rework rate• Collect data for technical analysis to resolve critical line issue• Ensure process stability through daily SPC monitoring• Collect data/measurement for a relevant project to improve process capability as well as cost saving• Ensure all activities are conducted within the applicable as they apply to the production• Take titration for chemical sampling and run sampling for SPC monitoring• Review SPC charts on shiftly basis and confirm either action taken as following OOC response flow.• Assist process engineer in yield improvement for the designated process,always alert on tools.• Collecting data on new equipment to see the efficiency of development planOther Responsibilities, task & experience• Qualification and released of lapped wafer cleaner 3 and Post Final Polish for production.Best Achievement• Work with engineer in qualifying and implemented “Recycle ultrapak cassette for ICPMS sample” – save RM10k per month with each only use only 5 new ultrapak instead of 150• Reduce SPC OOC rate above 3% from 16.8% to 10% by Dec’15
