Front Office Supervisor
Current•Assisting in preparing reports.•In-charge in preparing the weekly roster of my team.•Assisting in updating Bayan in the absence of my Manager•Preparing Management Reports to be sent to General Manager on a daily basis.•To set as Acting Night Manager during the night shift. •To set as Night auditor and closing all transactions of all departments.•Responsible for the operations of the hotel during the night shift.•Cross-checking the Registration Cards of my team.•Training new staff regards to Hotel and Front Office operations.•Closing the Micros transaction for all the Departments.•Closing the whole day transaction by using the OPERA PMS 5.0 system.•Monitoring the guest's high balance.•Supervises Reception, Concierge, and/or Bell Staff, when applicable.•Handles complaints, settles disputes, and resolves grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiates with others.•Observes service behaviors of employees and ensures that all uniformed employees are properly attired and groomed, each wearing a nametag.•Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
