Hi, I am Saiful Islam, At present, I am working as an HR and Compliance Executive at Amtranet Limited. To Check all HR Documents like Academic certificate, NID, Deed of agreement, Reference, Clearance, and so on. To Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements, HR documents, and confidential matters. To Sound knowledge about payroll and Kormee Software. To Maintain companies many kinds of certificates by the deadline and actively work for renewal for all kinds of licenses and certificates Like Factory license, IRC, ERC, Fire License, Certificate, BGMEA Certificate, etc. To Have reasonable Knowledge about following audits like Social Compliance Audit, BSCI, OCS, GOTS. To Assist superior to ensure to follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up; regularly as per CAP submitted. To Assist superior to ensure preparing Compliance related documents are properly maintained, updated. To maintain good relationships with the local bodies, govt. agencies as required. Ensure cleanliness of factory areas premises. Have Knowledge to Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations to the floor level workers, staff, and management. To Conduct exit interviews, prepare reports for the Management, and ensure that necessary employment conclusion paperwork is completed. To carry out any other tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.I also have 2 years experience in Marketing Officer at RSPL health BD(Ghari Detergent).
