Senior Cargo Agent
Current Ensure that Ground handling agent/Ek staff/third party staff and other service provider are fully briefed regarding EK requirements and that they deliver them in a timely and efficient manner so that cargo handling proceeds smoothly. All concern party is well briefed with the company standard and policy. Online training completed as per VPCC Requirement. Plan the loading of the cargo products into ULD/Bulk for carriage on the assigned aircraft in accordance with the priorities given, to achieve optimum utilization of capacity. Also perform accurate completion of all Pre & Post flight briefing and update all operation related station files. Each week minimum three (03) flights ramp operation need to attend. Liaise with Handling Agent, EKAS Team and Voyager (Third Party) for flight operational. requirements and coordination of activities in warehouse, ULD Ramp Transfer. Present at BAY 10 minutes prior flight arrival to arrange Equipment. Check that the cargo is loaded into aircraft as specified in the load plan (latest LP edition) as specified in the load plan. Ensure Shipment bookings are made in SkyChain system with complete SBHR inputs and shipments flown as booked/planned. Accurate data captured in NGSC (CNEE details/Dimension/Executed date/Rating line/Gross & chargeable weight/other charges/HAWB data. Attend and reply all discrepancy (MSCA, FDCA, OK to FWD, Amendments etc.) related queries during the duty period and assist in resolving claims and discrepancies by collecting required documents from GHA or other stations and liaising with concerned authorities and departments. Need to perform claim handling and have the ideas for the collection of required papers/documents regarding claim. Perform FSU update and push GHA/BG for 100%. Also perform Freighter activities and monitor ULD stock control/damage report/LUC from & to OAL/weekly SCM activities.
