 Ensure that Ground handling agent/Ek staff/third party staff and other service provider are fully briefed regarding EK requirements and that they deliver them in a timely and efficient manner so that cargo handling proceeds smoothly. All concern party is well briefed with the company standard and policy. Online training completed as per VPCC Requirement. Plan the loading of the cargo products into ULD/Bulk for carriage on the assigned aircraft in accordance with the priorities given, to achieve optimum utilization of capacity. Also perform accurate completion of all Pre & Post flight briefing and update all operation related station files. Each week minimum three (03) flights ramp operation need to attend.  Liaise with Handling Agent, EKAS Team and Voyager (Third Party) for flight operational. requirements and coordination of activities in warehouse, ULD Ramp Transfer. Present at BAY 10 minutes prior flight arrival to arrange Equipment.  Check that the cargo is loaded into aircraft as specified in the load plan (latest LP edition) as specified in the load plan. Ensure Shipment bookings are made in SkyChain system with complete SBHR inputs and shipments flown as booked/planned. Accurate data captured in NGSC (CNEE details/Dimension/Executed date/Rating line/Gross & chargeable weight/other charges/HAWB data.  Attend and reply all discrepancy (MSCA, FDCA, OK to FWD, Amendments etc.) related queries during the duty period and assist in resolving claims and discrepancies by collecting required documents from GHA or other stations and liaising with concerned authorities and departments. Need to perform claim handling and have the ideas for the collection of required papers/documents regarding claim.  Perform FSU update and push GHA/BG for 100%. Also perform Freighter activities and monitor ULD stock control/damage report/LUC from & to OAL/weekly SCM activities.

 Booking list & loading plan check.  Cargo Manifest preparing AWB collected Shorting and concertina Bag ready.  Going to warehouse for get reweight. If any discrepancy then inform agency and amend the AWB.  Preparing UWS and send to Dubai.  Going to ramp area collect loading plan and CPM After arriving Aircraft unload Baggage, Cargo & Others. Loading Cargo & Baggage as per loading instruction with restricted time.  Observe all the aircraft lock & door if there any problem inform to engineer.  Communicate with our traffic agent, Biman Operator & Officers.  After aircraft airborne then come back to office.  Date entry all the AWB in to the sky chain software.After completes all the computerized work with the system then departed the flight on time.

 I am working in the follow up and customer service division of Air Department.  Issuing HAWB number when invoice packing list received from shipper. Collect information from export documents and HAWB put entry of information in the register book and open the files. Scan all the Air Department Job files. Segregate and organize all the relevant documents to making accounting set. Talk to the Airlines regarding the shipment delay. Corresponded with the shipper by mail regarding the shipments. Maintain and keeping all the files of Air Department.
