• Product costing, quotation, and price confirmation with the factory.• Provide day-to-day merchandising support for the buyer as perrequirement.• Ensure the product development with the new trends as well aspresenting the product to stimulates the interest of customersto make a purchase.• To maintain a professional relationship with customer and productionteam.• To monitoring the trims supplier & checking PI properly as well asensure all the trims are in-house on time.• To paper the cost breakdown sheet for each order to negotiate withthe factory for order placement.• Maintain the proper Time & Action (T&A) plan for each of the orders andensure the delivery on time with the actual quality & quantity• Weekly meetings with QA team to discuss about rick assessment of theproduct & handover the QC file before arranging the PP meeting.• To visit the factory regularly & follow up the sample &. production toensure a meeting with the factory production, sample &merchandising team.• Weekly updates about order status to Team leader.

• To ensure the product development as per buyer requirement as well as closely work with R&D department for developing the new fabric, print, trims.• To make the development sample properly as if the customer approved the sample & confirm the order.• Closely monitor the wash factory to create the new wash effect.• To visit the factory on four days of a week to work with the factory sample department for follow-up the sample.• To ensure courier booking for sample dispatch on time & keep adocument for further information.• Ensure daily updates about sample status to the development department.
