The buildings house various imaging facilities, e.g MRI and CT scan rooms, Angiography rooms, Digital X-ray rooms, Mammography rooms, pre-treatment/recovery rooms, control rooms, Ultrasound rooms together with various other diagnostic facilitiesPROJECT 2: BONDED WAREHOUSE CIVIL CONSTRUCTION AT SAVAR, BANGLADESHo Construction of a new build factory extension adjacent to the existing manufacturing facilities (PMD & SMD) previously completed. The client is British American Tobacco Bangladesh and the project of valued at USD 13 MILLION (BDT 1300 million). o The principal consultant is based in the UK and the condition of the contract is based on FIDIC 1999 RED BOOKo Construction of new bonded warehouse of area 12000 sqm which includes pre-cast piling works, structural steel factory building, imported sandwich panel & standing seam roofing system in order to ensure temperature controlled environment, sectional doors, fabric doors, fire shutters, fire-rated personal door and various other infrastructure works e.g. drainage, road, etc ensuring a state-of-the-art facility tailored to meet modern storage and operational needs.
