1. To assist HoSCM in producing more profit for the company by following market tenders and searching actively for better prices. 2. Analysis purchase requirement and provide the right materials at the right time in the most economical manner.3. Prepare RFQ & Purchase Order/Work Order in real time entry on Oracle EBS for approval.4. Purchase order should be done within 20 days after getting approved Purchase Requisitions. (For local consumable items)5. To ensure that the quality of received materials meet laid down specifications. 6. Landed Cost management (LCM) should be done within 5 days after physically received goods at plant (with signed challan)7. After Landed Cost management (LCM) received and issued goods in Oracle EBS for OPL head office.8. Time to time communication with store coordinator, related user & supplier to solve for any technical issue related with PR.

Bangladesh

1. Collect price quotations from various sources, prepare CS and submit to the higher authority for endorsement.2. Negotiate rates/prices with relevant party.3. Prepare Purchase Order.4. Follow up with suppliers relating to delivery /rejection/shortage of goods or materials and resolve problem in this regard.5. Follow-up receiving of Quality Certificate/report & Material Receiving Report from factory or end users. 6. Receive, check & scrutinize all such submitted bills with relevant MRR, QC, Challan and Prepare IOU Adjustment Note.7. Store all of data entry work i.e. Quotation, Purchase Order etc.8. Coordinate with Accounts Department for bill processing and payment to the supplier.9. Process bills for payment & coordinate bill payments procedure. 10. Visit factory time to time in a regular interval and meet with store personnel / plant head to know their requirement and urgency and take action accordingly. 11. Conduct market survey. 12. Perform any other procurement & purchase related job assigned by the department head. Purchase & Procurement all of Consumable mechanical and Electrical items, spare parts etc. for Power Plants & Others Factory.
