* Study lighting drawings, and lighting inquiries.* Manage to prepare Lighting proposals based on clients requirements.* Manage to Propose alternative lighting products for the inquiries.* Manage the Estimation team to provide accurate proposal.* Having technical meeting with the clients, to understand their requirements* Visit job sites for supervising the installations and testing & communications.* Assist the design team to choose the appropriate items that serve the lighting design.* Responsible of the project development schedule and insuring the submittal before deadlines.* Track and analyze competition and market pricing.* Co-ordinate the shipment from the factory to the site .* Maintaining and developing suppliers and client’s relationships.* Demonstrate the proposal to the clients.* Communicate with the consultants & Designers.* Communicate with Sales Team.* Follow up the payments .* Monitor the logistic team for the correct materials delivery .* Reporting to the General Manager.

* Undertaking surveys.* Preparing site reports and logging progress.* Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.* Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.* Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly.* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects and other professionals, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
